Challenge's

From reading other blogger's on their weight loss adventures I have taken idea's from multiple blogs on ways to stay on track and keep things 'interesting' and not always mundane and boring. So each month I am going to be adding a new challenge to see if I can push myself to do and/or try things I normally wouldn't have. So follow along! I'll be blogging about my progress with all of the challenges and look forward to seeing what I can come up with!


September - No Sweet's Challenge
  • no pop
  • no candy
  • no cake
  • no desserts
  • no unhealthy ice cream (occasional fro-yo with fruit will be allowed)
This month is going to be a true test! It's going to be difficult however I know that come September 30th I'm going to feel so happy and proud of myself!
